MRP Bristol Limited is proposing to redevelop the former Staples and Nisbets site on Houlton Street, at the bottom of the M32, into a vibrant, new mixed-use development that encompasses build to rent apartments, social and affordable housing, student accommodation, community and leisure space, and quality outdoor public space. 

The plans, which form part of the Frome Gateway Framework, has community at the heart of the scheme, providing a new community hub and permanent home for Trojan.

On the 25th and 27th June, we held two consultation events with the emerging plans being well received. The consultation is ongoing, and you can find out more about the plans and leave feedback through the links below.

200 Build-to-Rent homes of varying size and with associated amenity space.

500 Purpose-built student accommodation beds with amenity space.
